Training physicians in Texas for Texas

The McAllen Family Medicine Residency Program is a three-year residency program that is sponsored by The University of Texas—San Antonio Health Science Center and accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The program's mission is to train excellent family medicine physicians who will remain in Texas to practice medicine, particularly in rural underserved areas of the state.
